Historical Notes
The largest blowest in league history is 150 points. The Cyclones defeated the SCOREpions 219 to 69 in Week 6 of 2005.
The 'Horns are the highest scoring team not to have been a league member throughout its existence.
Fourteen teams have scored more than 2,000 points in a single season.
The Cyclones set the record for most Team of the Week awards in a single season in 2005 with seven.

AOL Instant Messenger

The league will once again be using AOL Instant Messenger to conduct its annual league draft.  If you do not have AOL IM installed on your computer you need to download it and create a user name.  I will send out a list of AOL user names to the league closer to the draft so that everyone can add other owners to their buddy lists.

Quick List of Draft Rules

  • The draft will start promptly at the time specified.  If you are late, you risk losing picks.

  • Talking will not be permitted during the draft.  Please do not interrupt the course of the draft unless it is an emergency.  Please avoid sending the commissioner Instant Messages outside the AOL I/M Chat Room as well since I will not have time to respond.  If you continually interrupt the draft, you will be penalized with loss of draft picks.

  • There will be a 60 second limit per pick from the time the commissioner announces a team's name to make a selection.  If this time limit is abused, it will begin to be strictly enforced.

  • Keep up with selections made... Requesting a player already selected or asking who has already been selected slows down the draft.  If you try to "double-pick" a player more than once, you could forfeit that round's draft pick.
